HOW SHOULD YOU CARE FOR YOUR NEW JEWELRY?

Handle your new jewelry gently and with care. Do NOT get your polymer clay jewelry wet. Avoid dropping as there are small intricate parts on the earrings that can come off due to the impact. When you are not wearing them, store in a container to avoid scratches from any sharp objects.

If you happen to get makeup on your jewelry, lets be honest it happens, its easy to fix. Take some nail polish remover with some acetone and wipe it off. Works like a charm! (cotton ball, q-tip, paper towel all work fine)


DO I TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

YES! I absolutely love taking custom orders! Please message me via DM on my Instagram or Facebook pages with order and I will get back to you on details.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for prepare/make time as I make everything by hand and have a full time job aside from my business.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of your purchase I will replace them (depending on style) or refund you the price of earring. I know it is very tempting to bend your earrings due to the flexibility of polymer clay but PLEASE DON’T! they can become weak and break just as easy as they bend. I do not accept exchanges due to sanitation reasons.

I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. You can file a claim through USPS if your item is lost or damaged. Please allow up to 20 business days according to USPS before filing a claim (40 days for international). Please keep in mind when ordering shipping may be slow right now due to COVID.
